We have more of a hybrid model that works well within our industry and the many changes in the past decade to our industry. We have found a better fit for us by working with a group of reps instead of dealers and bringing us better contact and interaction with our clients.
Out of necessity, we started to sell and work directly with clients and later realized it simply worked better for us and the client. At A.T. Villa, our clients have full access to the manufacturer of their products. If you have questions, you speak with the company instead of a middleman, who then needs to ask the company. With that said, let's introduce you to our independent sales reps. We have the pleasure of working closely with two of the largest laboratory equipment rep groups in the U.S. Both Biomedical Solutions Inc., and LabRepCo have vast experience in laboratories. Experience that goes well beyond understanding the gauge thickness of the steel used in a part of a table. Many of these reps are former researchers and understand a laboratory's equipment and processes. Today's laboratories rely more and more on the latest equipment and technology. It makes sense to have these groups lead the discussion with our clients to understand what equipment is going into your lab and then help you decide what you should place it upon.
